Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship to Fairtex

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
